  8. I recently started working on my gratitude journal and I can definitely agree that it has boosted my productivity and helped me shift my focus away from what I thought was lacking. I am definitely able to think more clearly and creatively. I was hesitant to start doing a gratitude journal, I don’t know why, but I am glad I finally took that step. Things feel more better and peaceful now for some reason and I am more relaxed.
