Are you a morning person or a night owl?  I’m definitely a night owl, however, I’ve realized how beneficial a mindful moment can be to my morning routine.

So many women hit the ground running from the moment they wake up, often not leaving any time for themselves.  This is where a mindful morning routine can make all the difference.

So, if you have ever wondered if there is a secret sauce to a successful day that can be found in the wee hours of the morning, settle in, and let’s chat about how a mindful morning routine just might be the secret weapon you’ve been needing for a successful day.
