Do affirmations work for anxiety and depression?

Affirmations can help you create a more positive mindset which in turn can help you learn to cope with anxiety and depression.

When used correctly, affirmations can help to retrain your brain to focus on positive thoughts and experiences. This can be a helpful tool in managing anxiety and depression because it allows you to focus on the good in your life instead of dwelling on the negative.
