3 cups Gluten-free rolled oats 1 cup Mix of cashews, dried cranberries & pineapple I used trailmix ¼ cup Ground flax seeds ¼ cup Coconut oil, melted ¼ cup honey or maple syrup 1 tsp. Vanilla extract ½ tsp. Ground cinnamon ¼ tsp. Salt
Preheat your oven to 325℉ (163℃) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine gluten-free rolled oats, the cashew and dried fruit mix, ground flax seeds, and almonds.
